To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
Full priced goods must be returned within 14 days of dispatch.
During the sale please send returns within 7 days of delivery.
Please make clear to your delivery service that the parcel is a RETURN, most couriers have this as an option. If the item is not sent marked RETURN from outside the UK then duty and VAT may be charged and deducted from the refund amount.
Please send all items you wish to return through registered postage or courier service and retain proof of postage and tracking, as the goods remain your responsibility until received at Sackville. Except in the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, you are liable for the costs incurred for return postage.
Return Product Condition
Please return the products unused, with all the original tags attached, dust bag and the paper box, along with the original shipping invoice supplied with your delivery, whether you choose the return or exchange service.
Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed or altered (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Once your return has been received, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Please note that at peak times, it may take us up to 14 days to process your return or exchange.
Refund Process Date
We will notify you by email when we approve and receive your return. We will then issue a refund by the same payment method as your order within 30 days of you posting the return.
The original shipping charges and any extra import tax will not be refunded.
Please clearly state the reason for return/exchange, refunds will be paid by the same method as the original order.
